The ECSA conference 2020 will focus on junctures in science: between scientists and citizens; between East and West; between North and South; and between the different fields of science.
ECSA will co-host a workshop in Berlin next March, with the title ‘Creating a citizens’ information pack on ethical and legal issues around ICTs: what should be included?’. The purpose of this event is to collect ideas from citizens and citizen scientists about the major problems they face in this field, and what is needed to overcome these.

This project – ‘Participatory Approaches to a New Ethical and Legal Framework for ICT’ – will help different stakeholders adapt to and understand these new regulations.
